Her poetry explores subjects including Beauty, Nature, Justice, and Desire. She is interested in how both individual and collective binaries shape identity, memory, and experience.  Carrie's chapbook, High Water, was published by Quillkeepers Press in May of 2023. She is a member of the National Writers Union.
